Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Delivery time

Orders ship from our overseas fulfilment partner. Once dispatched, delivery to UK addresses typically takes 4–8 working days. Total time from order to arrival is usually 5–11 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, please contact us at hello@indoorwild.co.uk and we'll make it right.

Shipping cost

Delivery is free on all UK orders.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow a day or two for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Missing, delayed, or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or hasn't turned up within the expected timeframe, email us at hello@indoorwild.co.uk with your order number and we'll sort it out — whether that's a replacement, a resend, or a full refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at the time of ordering, though if you spot a mistake quickly, email us within 24 hours and we'll try to correct it before dispatch.
